Sunpaw
and the arms of the ocean are carrying me
NAME: Sunpaw
AGE: 9 moons
GENDER: Male
CLAN: WindClan
RANK: Apprentice
and all this devotion was rushing out of me
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Long legged golden tom with dark spots and green eyes.
APPEARANCE:
As an F-2 Savannah cat, Sunpaw, even as an apprentice, is a large young tom. Even at only nine months old, he stands at almost a warrior's height, with a little more growling to do, all brought on by his long, spindly legs. Despite his lean appearance, he lacks any sort of fat, and although a scrawny cat, what is left in him is thick, wiry muscle- or will be, once he reaches maturity. For now, although tall, he's in a scrawny-wiry teenage phase of sorts. His pelt is short and well groomed, glossy gold in color. Black spots coat his back and start down his limbs, each ending in slight stripes, especially on his exceedingly long tail. His face his long and narrow, sporting large, slightly rounded ears, with semi-exotic features and large, green eyes.
and the crashes are heaven for a sinner like me
STRENGTHS:
- Decently Powerful
- Long legs give him a speed advantage over short legged cats
- Quick witted
WEAKNESSES:
- Petrifying fear of water
- Often unforgiving, tends to hold grudges
- Sensitive, bases himself highly on what others think of him, leading to easily hurt feelings
PERSONALITY:
Despite his size, Sunpaw is not the cat you'd expect him to be. He's actually often a timid cat- not skittish, who is careful not to push buttons, or do anything he thinks will offend someone. Despite his immense size and strength, he's also a very low-conflict cat that will do anything to avoid a fight- unless, of course, you hurt his loved ones, then he'll do anything necessary to protect them. He also seems to lack the ambition of most cats his age- he's not aiming to be the best warrior ever, or a deputy, or a leader. His ambition in life is to be a pleasant cat who manages well and proves to be an asset to his clan. His loyalty knows no bounds, and he respects the views of his superiors, and will follow their opinions and orders almost without thought. He is extremely trusting of anyone within his clan, no matter their temperament, while he stands to be unusually wary of every cat from other clans, and loners, making him, to a rival clan cat, seem cold and calculating, while really he simply expects them to try to kill him and everyone he loves.
As for those he loves, he is perhaps the most loving, loyal cat they'd ever know. On top of the kinship he feels with every cat in his clan, from a young age he has been known to have a romanticism about him. Despite the uncertainty of clan life, in his head, his secret, true goal in life, above all else, is to find himself true love, and raise a happy family that he can give all of his love to.

HISTORY:
Sunpaw was born Mickey, a purebred F-2 Savannah cat, to a twoleg couple who made their living breeding the majestic beasts, and shipping their kittens worldwide. Mickey lacked much affection from his mother, who was used to birthing kittens, and watching them leave. In fact, aside from feeding him, his mother rarely spent any times with her kits. His father he never even met, the main stud of the breeding company, he doubted his mom even held a conversation with Kaiser before doing the nasty. His only company was his siblings, although as soon as they were weaned, they were quickly sold. Mickey was the last to go, being shipped overseas via plane. Shoved into a cage, he was loaded up like cargo onto a plane, a trip that defined his life.
A storm, combined with engine trouble, sent the plane crashing down over the ocean. The impact smashed open Mickey's cage, leaving him stunned and horrified as he was tossed out of the split plane, into the rough, tossing ocean. This formed his future terror of was, as he sputtered and wailed, fighting the water, certain he would drown and die. Just when he thought the crashing waves would hold him under, he was able to claw his way onto some floating luggage, clinging tight, and holding his eyes shut, waiting to either be saved, or die.
When he came to, he had washed up on a a beach, caked in sand, sore, and covered in little cuts. Limping, and sobbing quietly to himself, he nervously began to navigate the wild, every little sound making him squeal, jump, and bolt a few yards until he felt safe. He traveled for hours until reaching the moors, where he was ready to drop, leave himself for te vultures- however, by the will of Star Clan, a Wind Clan patrol found him, and without question, brought him back to their camp. Just as quickly as his life changed, he had adjusted. WindClan became not just his home, but his family. Every Clanmate he loved and respected, and in turn, became a clan favourite, and after telling his story, somewhat of a legend for surviving the Ocean, even if he thought absolutely nothing of it, other than his near death. After a few days being fret over by the medicine cat, he was made a proper apprentice, named Sunpaw, at which time it was learned that despite his warrior size, even if only nine months old, he was not quite the tom Kestrelfall expected him to be, timid and gentle, no where near the fighter his mentor thought they'd have the pleasure of training. Despite this, he learned, and demonstrates that, despite his unwillingness to fight, he has more than enough strength- and size behind it, to be a formidable foe, if he chooses to even raise a claw against another cat.
