But the things I'm sure you'll find most interesting are the tales we have to tell about the cats who have trodden this shore before your mother's mother, cats whose blood was spilled on our sands, and the cats who live here to this day.

Ah, you've found the communications board! It's not as popular a hangout as the cbox, but its job is to service your desires for more meaty conversation, unfettered by the miserly limit of 200 characters that the cbox imposes. Come here to discuss things that are important to you, let out any rants you've been keeping in, or simply to play a favourite forum game.

Here you can find old posts, old role-plays and old OOC threads, like contests or art threads, or even just old games. This also is where you can find the the inactive warriors, who are waiting for their owners to return and reclaim them. Look at their sad faces. Want to RP with them again? Just PM a staff member and we'll drag them out of mothballs for you. You can still post in archived threads, so if you want to continue a thread then just go right ahead and do it-- no unlocking or moving is required.

This is where you can find and fill out the application to create your cat. Don't forget to read all the rules and information thoroughly before coming here, just to make sure everything is perfectly understood.

Accepted, active cats will be moved into this board. You can find them sorted neatly by clan, stacked by date but sortable by first name, all equal for once and all equally loved.

Herein you can find a place to keep all your characters' information, store relationship threads and post want ads-- whether for that special someone, or that special someone, or someone else entirely.

This is where you can adopt or put cats up for adoption. Any cat can be put up for adoption, but if you have cats that you want people to role-play but that don't have a bio (for example, you want someone to play your warrior's former mentor), you can use the application form to submit them here and some kind soul will be able to adopt them. You are responsible for approving the adoption of your cats, so don't leave aprospective owners hanging! Oh, and don't forget to use the correct application format, please.

In the shade and protection of tall trees, this large and spacious camp ground is a luxury for ThunderClan cats. It is built nestled into the side of a low hill, where the medicine cat and leader's dens are. As for the warriors, elders and queens, their dens are mostly found in living foliage and are above ground, so they can't be flooded in rainy weather. What is best about ThunderClan's camp, though, is that it is the only camp besides RiverClan with a source of water running straight into it. The medicine cat's den contains a small pool fed from a spring, so there is no need for them to travel long distances for water. Still, most thirsty cats will drink outside of camp, so as not to disturb any patients.

The most loyal clan makes their home in a leafy forest of trees. Their territory stretches the furthest inland of any clan, except perhaps RiverClan, and they run the full gamut from sandy shore to thick, leafy foliage. They are also the northernmost clan and closest to the Moonstream.

Covered in a thick dense wood with creepers and thorn bushes, ShadowClan's camp is protected and easily defended.

WindClan's camp is surrounded my gently sloping sand dunes that provide shade in the sun and protection from the opposing clans. No trees hide Silverpelt, a perfect home for WindClan cats.

The quick-minded clan of the grasslands has one of the smaller territories, and although they are not warlike by nature, this means that they are very protective of their borders and will not take thefts lightly. Their territory is mostly sandy, covered in grassy dunes and with the kind of terrain enjoyed by field mice-- which, incidentally, also means it's a favourite hunting ground for the birds of prey that nest in ShadowClan and ThunderClan's trees.

The camp of RiverClan is nestled in a particularly river-rich part of the territory: it is impossible to get to without getting your paws at least a little damp. The camp is surrounded by reeds and covered with sand: the ideal place for a RiverClan cat. A few rocky outcrops are visible which make excellent vantage points, but beyond that the camp is flat and most of the dens are invisible, being deep, sandy burrows.

These are the lands of the warm-hearted clan of the river. From the furthest reaches of the sandy shore to the southern border of ShadowClan and WindClan, you can find these cats. The sun rises from the sea every morning to greet these warriors, whose sandy and tussocky lands are riddled with all manner of secret streams. The further inland you go, the softer the grass becomes, until you reach level fields of rich emerald green.

On the far side of ThunderClan territory, there is a stream. The stream comes from a cold water spring that flows from the inaccessible cliff that towers over the small stream. This is where leaders and medicine cats come to share tongues with StarClan.

This is where the clans have their gatherings. A thin strip of land connects the beach to the island.
